Bismuxil®_

Each mL contains:

Bismuth subsalicylate ..... 540 mg

Excipient q.s. ............................ 1 mL

Bismuxil® is an antidiarrheal, cytoprotective and intestinal antisecretory, indicated in the non-specific treatment of gastroenteritis. It inhibits prostaglandin-mediated inflammation, induced secretion and abnormal motility.
Protects the gastrointestinal mucosa by decreasing peristalsis, with antibacterial effect. Forms a protective coating by stimulating mucus production.

Equines: 4 mL per 100 kg body weight. Equivalent to 20 mg of bismuth subsalicylate for each kg of body weight.
The duration of the treatment will be established according to the clinical case and the Veterinarian Doctor's criteria.

Oral.
Excellent palatability with chamomile flavor.
