Dextrose (O-glucose) .................... 50 g
Sodium Chloride ........................ 4.75 g
Potassium Chloride .................... 0.25 g

Glucose Serum®It is useful as a modifier of water turnover and regulation of osmotic pressure. It is recommended for those pathological conditions in which the simultaneous administration of electrolytes and glucose is necessary. It is also indicated for the auxiliary treatment of hypoglycemia (acetonemia), milk fever, as well as convalescence and septic infections and any condition that requires the provision of carbohydrates as a temporary source of energy and electrolytes.
Cattle and horses:250 to 500 mL.
Sheep and goats:1 mL per kg of body weight.
The treatment can be repeated until the physical condition of the animal is restored.
Intravenous and intraperitoneal.Administer at body temperature.
